DayWin ("the App") is developed by Sylvain Lafrance. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
Data Collection
DayWin does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All journal entries, photos, ratings, and settings remain on your device and are synced exclusively through your personal iCloud account, which is managed by Apple.
iCloud Sync
If you are signed in to iCloud, your data syncs across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is stored in your private iCloud database and is not accessible to the developer or any third party.
Analytics & Tracking
DayWin does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or advertising frameworks. No usage data is collected.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework.
Children's Privacy
DayWin does not knowingly collect data from children. The app is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content.

By downloading or using DayWin ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
Use of the App
DayWin is a personal journaling app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for all content you create within the App.
Subscriptions
DayWin offers optional in-app subscriptions (DayWin Pro) on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's Standard EULA. You can cancel anytime in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.
Data & Privacy
Your data is stored locally and in your private iCloud account. The developer does not have access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer
DayWin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any data loss or issues arising from the use of the App. Regular backups via iCloud are recommended.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
