Your paint entries — including names, codes, finishes, photos, and quantities — are stored locally and synced via your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. The developer has no access to this data.
Photos you attach to entries are stored inside the app's sandbox and your iCloud private database; they are not shared with anyone.
